I believe this is a big trade. The squeezing of refining capacity is underway with refiners like Sunoco closing facilities. The terrible margins are priced in and the oil glut caused by contango may allow refiners more control over the crack spread. The excess of oil may allow refiners to dramatically increase margins this year.
